Call to Order- Pres. John Whitlock calls meeting to order at 7:39 P.M.  Minutes from Oct. meeting are approved as read.

Presidents Report- SYH will need more involvement at younger levels for future B.O.D. positions.  Thank you to Ellen Coccoluto for successful fund raiser at Coco Keys.  Picture night went well.  After receiving three quotes, Sports Essentials was selected as this year’s apparel supplier.  This was an executive board decision. Thank you letters were sent to all businesses that submitted quotes, thanking them for their time in submitting quotes.  We also look forward to their proposals next season.

Treasurer’s Report- Kasabuski Board of Governors asks for support of the snack bar at the rink.  The support will benefit S.Y.H.  Suggestions for snack bar are welcome. There is a possibility of a suggestion box on the S.Y.H. website.

Ice Coordinator- November schedule is on line.  There will be no ice the week after Thanksgiving due to high school camps. S.H.S. tryouts are Nov. 26 thru 28.  We should receive 10 hours of ice per week in Dec., according to John Hatch.  The 8:20 hour that was given to the N.S. Wings has been returned to S.Y.H.  Letter of thanks from the Jimmy Fund has been posted on the N.S.H.L. website for the proceeds from the Cronin Tournament.

Registrar- All rosters have been signed and will be submitted. All teams looking to participate in the Districts must be submit applications by Nov. 15.

Equipment Manager- Pins and socks will be ordered this week. Shirt bags are in.

Mite Director- One player has been moved.  Looking into moving players in cross ice program to possibly create a Mite Instructional Team.  A parent from Lynnfield is interested in having their child participate in S.Y.H.

PW/Squirt Director- USA Hockey C.P.A. initiation course Sat. Dec.15 from 7AM to2PM at the Brooks School.  Issue of squirt player moving to peewee level is being looked into. Issue of goalie situation at PW A level is being looked into.

Midget Director- There are still some questions as to whether S.Y.H. will run a Midget camp before high school season. This situation is being looked into, but there are already many pre-season camps scheduled that will be run at Kasabuski.

Ethics Report- Thank You to the goalies who have helped out at PW A level. Questions are being asked about the possibility of using the PW B goalie to split games at the PW A level.
