Call to Order-Pres. John Whitlock calls meeting to order at 8:01. Recorded minutes from Jan. meeting are amended to read $988 for pictures. Motion to accept minutes is made by Dave Aiken. Motion is seconded by Joe Schrimpf. Motion carries unanimously.

Presidents Report- Try-outs will be scheduled when we receive the April ice schedule. Midget rosters will need to be done first. Kasabuski Rink issue is addressed.

Treasurer- Addressed issue of the R.F.P. (Request for Purchase) at the Kasabuski Rink. Balance letters have been passed out the last two nights.

Registrar- Charlie Bradbury will be holding a Registrars meeting next week.

Ethics- Receiving questions regarding payments.

Fundraising- Received check for $84 from Kelly's Roast Beef. Held a discussion about the end of year banquet.

Equipment Mgr.- Pins are available from the Eqpt Manager.
