Call to Order - President John Whitlock calls meeting to order at 7:55P.M. Motion to accept minutes from November meeting is made by Ron Ruszkowski.  Motion is seconded by Steve Worthley.  Motion carries unanimously.

Presidents Report - More people needed to get involved at the Board of Directors level. Many positions will be opening within the next few years. Boston Bruins Alumni game is this Friday night at 7:30.  Tickets are $10.  All proceeds go to the Kasabuski Arena general fund.  Wed. Dec 12 is S.Y.H. night at the SHS game all players wearing their white game jerseys get in for free.

Vice Presidents Report - Will get player evaluation sheets out within next two weeks. Sheets will be given to each head coach.

Treasurers Report - Last year the North Suburban Hockey League was paid at the end of the season. This year they are billing SYH every month to every other month.

Ice Coordinator - Dec. practice schedule has been delivered to Ken Patterson and should available online soon.

League Rep - Valley League needs USA Hockey rosters by Dec. 17.  The NSHL Director has recommended that the Mite B move to another league.  The Mite B team moved from NSHL to the Valley League for the remainder of the season.  The Mite B will return to the NSHL for the 2008-2009 season.

PW/Squirt Director - There will be one player moved from the PW B team to the PW A team.  Move should be made this week.  One player will be moved from Sq. C to PW B. This move should also be made this week.  One player at Sq. C level has left the program. Issue with low number of players at Sq. level will be reviewed.  John Whitlock will speak to John Hatch about Charlestown team that is playing at Sq. B level and should probably be playing at the A level.

Mite Director- The Mite B team has moved to the Valley League as per the recommendation of John Hatch. Thanks to John Hatch for his help in this matter. SYH will make one Instructional team from x-ice program to begin play in Jan 2008. Instructional game will be added to their x-ice schedule.

Bantam Director- Went to games at the A and B level. No problems were brought to my attention.

Clinic Director- More x-large shirts are needed when order is placed for next year.

Fundraising - Waiting for pictures to be delivered. They will be delivered to the head coaches when they are delivered.  Waiting on check from Captive Images.  We have raised $2200 from the banner hanging at the rink. Thanks to Bill Granara and Bill Dembro for hanging the banner.  Raised $1600 from fundraiser that was held at Coco Keys.

Web Director - Will give contact name to Dwayne Oxley for purchase of a credit card machine.  Will put links on website for payments and to order to SYH apparel.

New Business - Ron Ruszkowski will be training the rink staff to use of a defibrillator at the rink.  Will also potentially certify all SYH coaches on the use of the defibrillator and CPR. Course will be at no cost to coaches or SYH John Whitlock will look into why so many games played by SYH in the N.S.H.L. are played in other rinks than Kasabuski. PW B, Mite A and Squirt B teams play no games at Kasabuski. SYH does understand that games should be played at both Winthrop and Kasabuski.  Teams have shown for games during public skating. Winthrop did not have ice as scheduled on NSHL website. There are no blank game sheets in Winthrop.
