if you are interested in coaching for the 2009-2010 season. All
coaching Applications are due in by May 28th. They can be sent to

2009 - 2010 Payment Plan
For a single child the registration fee will be $400.00
For Multi child the fee's will be $400.00 for 1st child, $200.00 for
2nd child, $100.00 for 3rd child. You will also receive the
following discount, 2nd child 10%, 3rd child 15%.
Estimated Tuition for Mite C thru Bantam is $1525.00, Midgets half
season $550.00 & Mite Cross Ice $925.00 based on 125 Registered kids
in the program. This is subject to change based on the number of
kids who participate and additional monies raised.

Total of $1,100 per player/participant due by August 1, 2009
Final balances due on November 1, 2009.

For anyone who does not register and tryout, a late registration fee
of $100.00 will be assessed upon registering
and a roster spot is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be issued up to June 1st except a $50.00
Registration fee.
